The opening credit sequence for AHS: Hotel is here! Watch the opening theme and prepare to rethink your next hotel stay!
The music is familiar, but an entirely new sequence sets the tone for the new season of AHS: Hotel. Jam packed with glimpses through the peepholes of the hotel doors, the darker stories within will make your skin crawl. Beware of the children, for they are the scariest visuals of all.
AHS: Hotel‘s credits are sexy, cringe worthy, and mysterious. While still on par with the marketing for the season thus far, the credits are a welcomed break from the Lady Gaga heavy material. There are incredibly brief flashes of the Ten Commandments spread throughout the sequence including, “Thou shalt not kill.” Juxtaposed against images of scrubbing blood out of walls and carpeting, we hope that is the only contradiction AHS sells us this season.

Some of the minor details of the AHS: Hotel plot are mixed into the credits if you look hard enough. Were you able to catch the creatures sewn into the beds? They were rather hard to miss.
After watching the opening credits we are left with two major questions– Who is this? And, why?
AHS: Hotel episode 1, “Checking In,” premiers Wednesday, October 7 at 10:00 p.m. ET on FX.
