One member of the team is in danger this week. Check out the synopsis and episode stills below.
The last two episodes of Castle have been fairly easy going and have given the fans so many favorite moments. These would include the long-awaited wedding between Castle and Beckett. Last week followed up the romantic wedding with an equally romantic honeymoon.
This week, however, looks to be a more serious episode, which are always done well on the show. Like Ryan a couple years ago, it looks like Esposito is finally getting his chance to shine.
The official synopsis for Castle season 7, episode 8:
“When subway passengers, including Detective Esposito, are taken hostage by a mysterious gunman, Castle, Beckett and the team must uncover the gunman’s agenda before it’s too late.”
The guest cast includes Will Rothhaar as Jared Stone, Maya Stojan as Tory Ellis, Nathan Anderson as Brent Reeves, Wendy Braun as Carol Jarvis.
The show excels when they shine the light on individual characters and it’s great that Esposito is finally getting to step into that light. One of the best episodes from last season was when Ryan and Javier got caught in the fire. Personally, there wasn’t a dry eye in this viewer’s watching that night.
But on Castle things are not always as they seem. Remember the bank robbery of a couple seasons ago? The guy who had the seizure turned out to be an abusive father. Will the gunman on the subway have something more going on?
Take a look at the pictures below and see if you can find any clues!
