After last week’s successful undercover mission, Castle is heading into current real life territory with this week’s episode 5, “Meme is Murder.” Check out the synopsis and episode stills below.
While last week might not have shed any new light on how Kate might react as a parent, we can all rest assured Castle is more than up for the task.
This week, the team deals with a murder that has all the markings of a recent events ‘headline’ crime that happens to most crime shows. Will our team get caught in the cross-hairs while investigating? Read on for more details.
The official synopsis for Castle season 7, episode 5, “Meme is Murder,” is:
“When a web celebrity is murdered, Castle and Beckett explore the flashy world of internet fame. But when the killer posts pictures from the crime scene on a photo-sharing site, they realize they are up against a social media sociopath who may strike again.”
The guest cast includes Maya Stojan as Tory Ellis, Emily Davenport as Abby Smith, Matt Pascua as Carlos Villegas, and James Huang as Edward Han.
Something worth noting: after five episodes dealing with Kate and her reaction to Castle’s disappearance and Castle’s return, we have yet to have an episode that focuses on other members of the team. Might tonight be that episode?
Check out the images below. Are you worried about our team becoming targets of the killer? Will Ryan and Esposito get into the action a bit more?
