This season of Dancing with the Stars will feature a new element to the show called “The Switch Up.” According to a press release from ABC, “America will be given the power to vote and change celebrities and professional dance pairings. This new rule will affect all couples as they will be required to switch partners at a point in the season.” The new aspect is noteworthy because dancing teams have never been split up during the competition before.
Dancing with the Stars season 18 premieres Monday, March 18 at 8 p.m. eastern on ABC with a two-hour episode.
