In the video released on SNL’s official YouTube account, Bobby Moynihan has some issues with a laugh track while Jim Parsons teaches him what exactly Bazinga means. There’s also a sock puppet and Olympic ice dancing – minus the ice. Check it out below:
This weekend will mark Parson’s first time hosting the late night comedy show despite being a multiple Emmy winner for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his portrayal of Sheldon Cooper on The Big Bang Theory. Musical act, Beck, will join Parsons this week for the seventh time. Beck made his first appearance on SNL way back in 1997.
It was recently announced that Lena Dunham, star and writer of the HBO series Girls, will host Saturday Night Live next week on March 8. She will be joined in her debut hosting performance with musical guest, The National. Dunham was overjoyed about the announcement and went to Twitter to share her excitement.
SNL returns this Saturday at 11:30/10:30c on NBC.
