Black Sails has once again shown that women are major powerbrokers in Nassau, but who you betray on your way to the top may come back to haunt you.
In the 1st clip we finally see Eleanor Guthrie (Hannah New) talk to someone other than Max (Jessica Parker Kennedy) about her vulnerability and doubts. The question is, is the heart-to-heart conversation that she has with Captain Flint (Toby Stephens) going to be eventually turned against her. There are more than enough people who now have it in for her, including her own father.
It looks like in this next episode we may finally get to see Anne Bonney (Clara Paget) do something more than swing a blade, and brood under the shadow of her hat. We actually get to see her face clearly, and hear her utter more than four words at a time. So, will she stay loyal to her lover Jack Rackham (Toby Schmitz) and Captain Vane (Zach McGowan) or will she quite literally jump ship?
In case you have been hooked by the music of Black Sails, so has the cast. The other day Sean Cameron Michael, who plays Richard Guthrie, tweeted about the soundtrack by Bear McCreary. McCreary has done the soundtracks for Black Sails, The Walking Dead, The Agents of Shield, Battlestar Galactica and many other shows. It’s definitely a must watch video with McCreary and his staff rocking out with modern instruments and 18th century throwbacks.
i now learn my lines listening to @bearmccreary 's music… It transports me into the crazy world that is #BlackSails http://t.co/csh3AzeDX0
