Once Upon a Time‘s winter finale is about to mark the end of the Neverland story arc for season 3. But will the spring premiere pick up in a Storybrooke under the control of Peter Pan?
The stills from this week show a sneak peek at the funeral preparations for Mother Superior. It looks like Hook, Charming, Tinker Bell, and Bae are there for an entirely different reason.

At the close of last week’s episode, the plan to save Storybrooke from Pan’s intention to use Regina’s curse to create a new Neverland. Once Pan’s curse permeates the air, all of the inhabitants of Storybrooke will forget who they are and why they are living in Storybrooke. Judging by Tink’s last encounter with Blue, she has something to prove tonight; that magic still lives inside of her. Trapping the Neverland shadow is one way to prove herself worthy of her wings, even if it is post-mortem.
Once the shadow is captured, what is to stop it from obeying Pan’s command?

It looks like Henry and Pan will not be trapped in each other’s bodies for too much longer tonight. However, Rumpelstiltskin’s future in Storybrooke does not look bright. Could Once Upon a Time enter the spring season without one of their prominent characters?
After tonight, Once Upon a Time enters a three month hiatus. New episodes will return on March 9, 2014.
