New Downton Abbey series 4 photos have been released featuring Mary, Edith, and many adorable children. Mild spoilers ahead.

Recently the 2014 Downton Abbey Calendar has been up for pre-order on Amazon, and with it are photos from the upcoming season.

Currently series 4 of the show is scheduled to air this Autumn in the U.K. and next January in the U.S.

Recently, Downton cast, crew, and fans were thrilled to discover that the show was nominated for 12 Emmys for their last season including Outstanding Drama, Lead/Supporting Actor/Actress (all four!), and Outstanding Writing.

Among the pictures, one we can see the widowed Mary and Tom with their children (squee!), Edith, and the newly-promoted regular Lady Rose. Accompanying some of the photos are quotes from past seasons which offer both grim and uplifting hints into the upcoming season.

Update: we’ve removed this pictures at the request of the distributer.

What storyline are you most looking forward to watching this next season? Personally, this writer is absolutely enthralled with the prospect of Lady Mary and Tom Branson raising their children together, as he is seen offering a finger to Baby George.

Only one official photo has surfaced from series 4, and ITV debuted it shortly after filming had commenced earlier this year.

Did they release the name of the baby as George? If so, I didnt realize Will and Kate were such Downton fans ;)

Edith is my favorite! I hope she is the lone survivor of this show, walking away, single and confident into the horizon.
