It’s that time of year! The 2013 Primetime Television Emmy nominations were announced this morning, and you can now see which of your favorite shows received nods.
This morning, Kate Mara of House of Cards and Aaron Paul of Breaking Bad were scheduled to unveil the nominations via a live webcast at 5:40 a.m. pacific time from Hollywood.
Right before the show started, it was announced Kate Mara would not be able to make it, so Aaron Paul took the stage with the host of the Emmy 2013 ceremony, Neil Patrick Harris.
It should come as no surprise that the ever-critically acclaimed American Horror Story: Asylum leads the field with 17 nominations!
The HBO smash hit series Game of Thrones shares first place with 17 nods as well, including Best Drama, Best Supporting Actor (Peter Dinklage) and Best Supporting Actress (Emilia Clarke).
Behind the Candelabra and SNL, both got 15 nominations, while 30 Rock and Breaking Bad got 13 nods each.
