Dracula will makes it’s premiere in Fall 2013. However, no official premiere date has been announced yet. It’s being released as a limited series to air Friday nights at 10 p.m. EST after Grimm.

The trailer opens up to Dracula (played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers) and R.M. Renfield (played by Nonso Anozie) discussing the missing ahead of them. Then opening up to a grand Victorian ball in London. Will Dracula get revenge on his enemies? Or will his growing obsession with the reincarnation of his dead wife cause him to fail?

I’m still not sure how to feel about this. On the one hand, a part of me wants to groan at the thought of yet another (arguably Twilight-inspired) vampire show – on the other hand, this seems to have quality production value and some great actors taking on pivotal roles.

I’m going to give it a (tentatively hopeful) chance.

This looks really good. I just hope NBC doesn’t frack it up.

I have been moderately looking forward to seeing this show… Until I saw this!! It looks stunning!

I would have loved the look of this show… if I wasn’t such a fan of the original novel. I think these characters would have been great in an adaptation of the book, but this… this is just confusing to me. Visually beautiful though!

I think it’s the coloring/styling of the show. It looks just like any other sort of modern day themed show and I didn’t get a very Victorian feel from it other than the costumes!
