The first clip from Star Trek Into Darkness has just landed online. Featuring the crew on the deck of the Starship Enterprise and their attempt to rescue Spock from a volcano that’s ready to erupt, the studio continues to ramp up excitement for this sequel.
With just over a month to go until Star Trek Into Darkness hits theaters, various promotional material is springing up. Just last week we had the final trailer, which featured some new footage and a new side to Captain Kirk as he decides to go after the film’s villain, played by Benedict Cumberbatch.
Today we have the first official clip from the film which follows the crew as they attempt to rescue Spock from a volcano. We’ve seen some of this footage previously, but this is essentially the entire sequence being revealed. Watch the new clip below:
