Grey’s Anatomy will be packed with drama when it returns this Friday with episode 9×17 “Transplant Wasteland.” In this sneak peek fans get a glimpse of the problems arising when someone threatens to quit.

Running the hospital might not be as easy as the plane crash survivors thought, see what happens when they begin to clash with Jackson and another employee.

“Transplant Wasteland” – The discord and chaos created by the hospital’s new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace. Meanwhile, the doctors and the interns must juggle several transplant surgeries at once, each coming with its own set of obstacles, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, MARCH 14 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

“Grey’s Anatomy” stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres, Eric Dane as Mark Sloan, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Jessica Capshaw as Arizona Robbins, Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery and Sarah Drew as April Kepner.
