Bones will explore the awkwardness of breaking up for Sweets (John Francis Daley) and Daisy (Carla Gallo) in “The Twist in the Plot” as seen in a new clip.

Sweets gets the lucky opportunity to be grilled by Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) in a new clip released by Fox’s Bones. He reveals that he has not had sex since the break-up and looks unhappy to be cornered about his dating habits by the couple. The couple warns Sweets to stay away from Daisy as she begins working at the Jeffersonian once more. Sweets thinks that it will not be an issue since he’s sleeping on Parker’s (Ty Panitz) Wolverine sheets.

Sweets and Daisy may not reunite however, if Danielle Panabaker’s return in “The Shot in the Dark” as FBI Special Agent Olivia Sparling is indicative of anything. When Panabaker first appeared on Bones in “The Gunk in the Garage” the chemistry was palpable between her and Sweets. If Sweets is your favorite character on Bones, you’ll be pleased to learn that an episode, “The Fact in the Fiction,” will focus in part on Sweets’ childhood on February 25.

Do you wants Sweets and Daisy to get back together or do you want to see Sweets with Agent Sparling? What did you think of the video?

Bones airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
