See what Fringe star John Noble had to say about two of the most recent episodes, “The Bullet That Saved the World” and “An Origin Story.”
Some big things went down on Fringe recently: Etta sacrificed herself to save the rest of the fringe team, and in his quest for revenge, it looks like Peter is beginning to transform into an Observer.
Fox has released two new installments of Noble Intentions, the interview series with John Noble (Walter), where he discusses the episodes and why he believes the story had to develop this way:
Noble is clearly very emotionally affected by what happened to Etta, and how it will affect the characters as the final season moves forward.
Will Fringe have any kind of a happy ending? We’re beginning to doubt it, but who knows? Maybe now that Peter is becoming an Observer, he can go back in time and prevent this terrible future from ever happening!
Fringe is still on break, but returns next Friday on December 7 with the episode “The Human Kind.” Olivia will encounter an Oracle-like woman named Simone, while Peter’s quest continues. The episode will air at 9/8c on Fox.
