This week we are thankful that American Horror Story will still air while many other shows are taking a break! Check out the stills and synopsis to get ready for “The Origins of Monstrosity”.

Last week was a game changer for the second season of American Horror Story. Bloody Face was revealed as he abducted Lana and simultaneously ensured Kit would take the blame for his past murders. The patient who claimed to be Anne Frank and accused Dr. Arden of being a Nazi underwent a lobotomy completely changing her personality. Sister Jude gave up trying to get the truth about Arden and traded her life as a nun for her past ways of one night stands full of booze.

This week viewers will learn more about the evil men behind Briarcliff. Not only will we find out Bloody Face’s past, but also Arden’s and the Monsignor. Ryan Murphy revealed that this week there will be a flashback to Bloody Face’s past to see his “mother Substitute” which has a great deal to do with his murderous ways.

American Horror Story: Asylum episode 2×06 “The Origins of Monstrosity” synopsis:

A mysterious little girl is abandoned at Briarcliff. The Monsignor makes a Faustian pact with Dr. Arden. The origin of Bloody Face is revealed.

“The Origins of Monstrosity” will air on Nov. 21 at 10 p.m. on FX.

What do you think drove Bloody Face to murder?

  • Isistelle

    I can’t believe he’s Bloody Face!! I loved him!

    • Theresa Wheeler

Zachary Quinto CAN ACT! It wouldn’t have mattered if he was the progressive minded therapist that was the beginning of the end of Briarcliff and similar facilities (my original prediction) or the serial killer he turned out to be, or a total victim (season 1, Chad) He would nail it.

Although I had been playing with the idea that he was Bloody Face since he went into Lana’s house. But I’m still soooo excited that he’s him officially. He’s a fabulous actor!!

I’m disappointed there is nothing about the aliens in the synopsis. I may be a minority, but I wanna know more!!

    • Jimmy Rose

I think they are going to give us the aliens in little dribbles until they tie all of this stuff together. I’m glad that it’s a slow, chillingly sweet seduction of thrills. I am so into this show!

This is true, I am so obsessed with it this season. But I still think I like the first slightly more. Just slightly though :)
