The official Merlin twitter account has released a nice new promotional image for tomorrow’s “A Lesson in Vengeance,” with a funny caption!

As we saw from yesterday’s sneak peek, “A Lesson in Vengeance” will see Arthur and Gwen go on a romantic ride through the forest to celebrate their anniversary. And of course they bring Merlin along! Check out this still showing Angel Coulby, Bradley James and Colin Morgan:

Merlin A Lesson in Vengeance

Considering that Gwen is all evil and everything, it is probably a good thing that Merlin came along, but still… the Merlin publicity team clearly agrees with us that it’s a bit of an inconvenience considering that this is supposed to be a romantic picnic for Arthur and Guinevere! They write:

If you missed it, yesterday’s Merlin news also included a lengthy video interview with Bradley James, who talked about the more “twisted” Arthurian legends too rated for the show, and shared his thoughts about a potential sixth series.

We also released the episode description for 5×10, and the latest episode of Hypable’s Merlin podcast Talks of Camelot, “Spread it Like Wildfire,” is now available to download!

Merlin 5×07 “A Lesson in Vengeance” airs Saturday night at 20:00 GMT on BBC One.

Guinevere is obviously the third wheel during this outing.

You can’t imagine ho much I hate Guin, I’ve hated her since the start of Merlin and this series just made me hate her even more, I don’t care if she’s under a spell, she should be able to fight it off. I actually hope she either dies or gets abonded from the Royal family.

Merlin is the hero. Of course he’s there. Without him, everyone would be dead in this show. Long Live to Merlin!
