2 Broke Girls star Kat Dennings will be reprising her role as Darcy in Thor 2.
Due to her popularity being on the rise, it appears as though Kat’s role is being expanded for Thor: The Dark World. You may remember, she was simply a friend of the main female lead Natalie Portman in the first Thor film.
In the sequel, her role should see more screen time and may be more integral to the story due to the huge success of her show 2 Broke Girls. Thor: The Dark World will hit theaters November 8, 2013.
We look forward to Kat Dennings’ comedic chops being used again in the next Thor film, how about you?
