‘Doctor Who’ makes 6-year-old girl internet hero

A young Doctor Who fan has become a viral video superstar after an adorable question warmed the collective cockles of the world’s heart.

Six-year-old Sydney asked star Matt Smith whether he was afraid of the dreaded Weeping Angels at a San Diego Comic-Con panel. His response (and their resulting conversation) went viral on YouTube and various entertainment outlets, making the young Whovian an internet hero. Matt is so brilliant with kids. No one caught it on camera, but he was a HUGE hit at the UK convention he went to. everyone was especially talking about how genuine and non-pandering he was with the young fans!
