For as long as Gleeks have known, Glee has been a show they tune in to see new episodes of on Tuesdays.
Now Fox has announced that the show will be moving to Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET for the fourth season.
The announcement was made this morning during its Fall 2012 lineup presentation. It’ll follow X Factor result episodes (which are at 8 p.m. ET).
As we’ve reported on numerous occasions, Glee has been falling in the ratings over the past few months. Fox hopes a move to Thursday will increase its viewership.
Do you think it’s a good idea?
UPDATE: Fox announced two season four guest stars, their reasoning behind moving to Thursdays, and the season four plotline during a conference call this morning!
