Ahead of its Cannes midnight première, Maniac has released three images from the reboot starring Elijah Wood. This post contains NSFW images.
The film is a remake of the 1980 slasher movie of the same name, which tells the gruesome story of a disturbed serial killer (Wood) who takes great pleasure in scalping his victims. The Lord of the Rings actor will star alongside Nora Arnezeder (Safe House), Morgane Slemp (Friday Night Lights) and America Olivio (2009′s Friday the 13th remake).
