Kristen Stewart addresses ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ reshoots: ‘We wanted more’ hunting

Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday night, Twilight lead actress Kristen Stewart spoke about recently participating in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 reshoots in Vancouver.

We had told you the Breaking Dawn reshoots were taking place for what director Bill Condon described as technical work (no new scenes).

In the video below you can watch as Stewart explains they were filming some hunting shots, and she injured her foot!

      If you were not interested in Twilight, you wouldn’t comment on a Twilight post. It makes sense. There are some Kristen articles that aren’t tagged ‘Twilight’ and I’ve never seen you post on any of them (I read through all the comments).

        No, it doesn’t.I clicked on this post when I saw it in the ‘Movies’ category, not the Twilight one, because I wanted to see Kristen’s interview. So what? I don’t have time to post on every Kristen article. In fact, I rarely post on Hypable! My God. And people are allowed to comment wherever they want to, even if they do not like or are not interested in that movie or whatever.People express their opinions.Deal with it!

    Pretty sure his critcism isn’t pretend, it’s jus this opinion. We’re allowed to have those. I’m a huge Twilight book fan and pretty big movie fan as well. But I don’t lose my head when someone critiques it or tell them they’re wrong or immature… it’s an opinion… and this site is for opinions. You can love it and defend it but it’s not the end of the world if someone else hates it.

  Why exactly? Many times Kristen’s happily expressed her love for the Twilight series, and she acknowledges Bella’s internal strength.

        Nope I was wrong, it’s 25 million for the two movies combined and 7.5% of the profits of each, not 2.5%, so that’s over 50 million, I think.

        Yeah she gets $25million total for breaking dawn 1&2 together. Then gets 7.5% of the gross, which if it makes around 700mil like the last one, she gets an extra 14mil. So around $39 million for just the last two films, that’s not counting the other twilight films, which I assume she was getting maybe 500k for the first one and 1-4mil per for the others.
        
        So easily 50mil total for the whole series.

  I don’t feel bad for her in terms of the movie. I dislike Twilight, but I think she enjoys it. However, I agree – it’s earned her a LOT of negative attention. And what’s worse is it happened so fast. So suddenly, this awkward girl with a minor fanbase has the world judging he and scrutinizing her, and while she handels it honestly and well, I still hate that people are so judgemental. ‘One expression’ is BS, and whoever started that joke would make millions if making that kind of joke were a paying job. Everywhere on stories with Kristen is a comment about how she has ‘one expression’ or how she stutters, and that’s why I hate what Twilight has done – it’s presented a perfectly fine, normal girl to a world full of people who feel the need to act hateful based on physicality and mannerisms, and I don’t think anyone deserves that, especially not someone with Kristen’s manner, because THAT is what people feed on most – someone who is awkward. Never mind her personality.
  Sorry, I always get annoyed about Kristen hate. You can dislike the person, some people just take it TOO FAR, and no one deserves what she’s getting from haters.

    Yeah. I just feel bad for this person. While it is true she’s not the most talented actress ever, she is good. Especially in her more challenging roles. That ‘awkward’ thing is BS – she’s just human. And the ‘one expression’ thing is exaggerated. People ARE shallow hating on actors JUST because they played in a movie or series they didn’t like; sure, you can find a million other reasons for not liking them, but that’s not a valid argument.

  It’s great she took the role, because Twilight is amazing. You may THINK it’s awful, it’s not though. MANY people love it, EVERY book of it was a NUMBER ONE BESTSELLER! The movies are amazing too.

    I think hat’s just a matter of opinion. But I read an interview recently in which the person who was being interviewed said (something along the lines of) ‘In an argument of if a TV show, novel or movie is good, the person who loves it is always right’. I don’t FULLY agree with this, because if someone says that Transformers 2 & 3 is anything more than average, they is WRONG, however, I do agree that if you enjoy something, you’re right to enjoy it. You can enjoy Transformers 2 or 3, and that’s fair, and it’s your opinion, and the rest of us can shut the heck up about it. Likewise with Twilight. You clearly love it, so who are we (the ones who dislike it) to say your wrong?
    And why am I writing this comment? I don’t know. I’m going to stop now.

      Twilight is good for Kristen’s career because it put her name on the map (not to mention made her lots and lots of money and fame). She wouldn’t be doing Snow White if she wasn’t Bella to begin with. She may have a career like Juno Temple or Bella Heathcote right now, not Kristen Stewart’s. Who you may ask? Exactly.
      She got through it, she came out better for it, Twilight is ending, she’s now free to choose roles without worrying about conflict with Twilight filming and promotion schedule. She met Robert Pattinson.
