HBO has released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of tonight’s episode (2×05 “The Ghost of Harrenhal”) and provided a first look at 2×06!

While this week did do a TON to advance the plots of most of the stories and that’s awesome, it lacked much of the intrigue and entertainment of last weeks or past episodes so far this season.

  And that makes it bad? I thought it was great, pretty true to the books minus a few annoying changes. Also the comedy was ramped up quite a bit. As for intrigue: wildfire.

This was such a good episode. It went by really fast.

Jaqen is awesome, so happy to see him portrayed so perfectly since he was so great in the books. And the House of the Undying warlock was super creepy, can’t wait to see more of that.

Next week should be exciting. Ygritte!
