With Charles having discovered that he is not Diana’s biological father on The Secret Circle, he’s doing everything possible to to maintain a connection to the daughter he raised single-handedly.
The “other Blackwell child” plotline has absolutely opened up a new dynamic for Charles. He’s no longer trying to retrive his power for his own personal gain. Now he’s desperately trying not to lose the only daughter he’s ever known.
