Yikes. Will Regina’s plan to seduce David succeed? And are you looking forward to the Pinocchio story?

  • Steph:)

so does that mean pinocchio and rumple’s son aren’t the same? what about august? oh and look at david in the last pic, i don’t think regina’s gonna succeed at seducing him. anyway, does anyone else think once upon a time is getting a little too predictable in the last few episodes???

I don’t think so,the time line doesn’t quite fit. Gepetto was a child when rumple’s potion turned his parents into puppets. So by the time Gepetto would be an old man rumple would have been the “dark one” for years and bealfire would be full grown. Although he could have accidentally/purposely turned his son into a puppet and somehow “stunted”  baalfires age.

So if this episode is called The Stranger and it’s based on the storyline of Pinocchio wouldn’t that mean that August is Pinocchio? The small boy pictured has red hair though? Is this just bad casting? hmm…

  • Claudia

i tried zooming in on that newspaper august was holding.. no luck. i wonder what it says….

    • Shirli

It’s an article about the 7 year old boy who found baby Emma. The picture above (in the article) looks to be exactly where they’re standing.

      • Claudia

i thought it might be that! so he probably is the boy who found her.

I think it would be interesting if August turns out to be Rumple’s son. I really hope David doesn’t fall into Regina’s trap.

  • Garfild

That doll freaks the hell out of me…

  • carilyn

The pictures with Gepetto and “real boy” Pinocchio are so sweet! Actually, Pinocchio reminds me a bit of Archie rather than August, but I don’t think there’s a connection there.

And I honestly don’t believe that David will fall for it… unless Regina uses magic.

  • Alex

Well one little hopeful thing is that David looks Weary/Freaked out by Regina leaning so close.

    There is hope!!

    • LakePrincess

I don’t think there is anything to worry about, because what they don’t show you is a picture of Regina looking quite sour and a broken mirror on her wall.

Does anybody else just love watching this for Prince Charming?

  • Amanda Nicole

So this episode is after “The Return”? Hmmm…. I wonder if the Return was talking about Kathryn and not Agusut, like I had originally thought.

      *August

  • Claudia

so my theory is that august is everyone the fandom thinks he is. he is the little boy who found emma, the author of the book AND pinocchio. gepetto built the wardrobe with the condition that his son pinocchio would be saved as well, explaining how he found emma (he came with her!). as for the author thing, august just wrote everything down that he remmebered from the fairytale world in hopes that emma would someday read it. since august said he has been to storybrooke before, it probably explains how mary margaret obtained the book in the first place

  • VioletTreeman

This idea is a bit far out there, but maybe (if there is one) the whole Emma and Pinocchio connection explains Emma’s ‘super-power’ lie detector sensers?
