One of our favorite and classic birds is back! Today, word was announced that Woody Woodpecker will be hitting the big screen soon!
Illumination Entertainment (Despicable Me, The Lorax) and Universal Pictures hired John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky to script the upcoming film. Both have credits writing the comedic TV shows King of the Hill and Beavis and Butt-Head, as well as the Will Ferrell comedy Blades of Glory.
