Briefly: One of the most exhilarating aspects of Chronicle – Fox’s recent found-footage, super-power film – was the sequences in which the characters flew through the clouds. We can now see a behind-the-scenes look at how these effects were achieved in a brief feature just released.

Take a look below:

Pretty interesting, no?

I loved this movie, the flying effects looked very realistic.

That was actually really awesome! Great post!

This movie only cost 12M to make but went on to gross 170M and the SFX were fantastic! Shows what can be done with talented people who care. I’m a big fan of new takes on superhero movies so I will be picking up the Blu-Ray. I am also looking foward to Vs (superheroes have to compete in a running man type game) and The Guardians by Legacy Filmworks (a team of villains must stop a J.L.A like superteam from secreatly taking over the world!). Read the script for The Guardians online and it was a really fun, fresh take on superhero movies and Bradley Cooper would be pitch perfect as the lead Lex Luther-like supervillain Gabe Grant…but I digress. Can’t wait for Chronicle 2 and I hope they somehow bring back Steve.
