Video: Part 2 of ‘The Hunger Games’ Archery Lesson with Hypable’s Jessica Chapman

Last week we brought you the first of a three part series where Hunger Games fan and Hypable writer/podcaster Jessica O’Neal gave an archery lesson involving various aspects of Katniss and The Hunger Games. Now, part 2 is up where Jessica shows you more about the recurve bow – the bow used by Katniss herself! Check it out!

We’ll be bringing part 3 to you later this week, just in time for the big premiere of The Hunger Games in theaters!

Few comments. I am glad this is a 3 part series. I originally thought it was 2. And second. Hypable should hire the Glee Chat and Smash Chat podcasters. They could help with news and definitely help to fan out Hypable’s workload. Speaking of Glee Chat. When is a new episode coming out?

Cool the Recurve bow is also the same the type as Ranger Will uses most of the time during the series Ranger’s Apprentice by John Flanagan. He uses it because as he is training to become a Ranger he was at the beginning to small and not strong enough to use their traditional long bow. How I miss that series now that it has ended.
