Twilight: The Graphic Novel (volumes one and two) were very successful, and it appears to be full steam ahead for the second book in the Twilight Saga to get a graphic reinterpretation.

Amazon is listing New Moon: The Graphic Novel – Part 1 for release on October 30th. No cover art or any other details are provided. Given “Part 1″ in the title, it looks like this story will be split into two volumes just like Twilight was.

Do you have the Twilight Graphic Novels, illustrated by Young Kim? Will you be interested in purchasing New Moon? We enjoyed reading them – they’re fun and refreshing ways to consume the story!

Thanks to The Examiner.

Surprisingly I really enjoyed the graphic novels. As much as I am excited about New Moon getting the green light… but I would be more thrilled to read news about Midnight Sun being finished and having a release date.

I don’t like Twilight but I for some reason that I like the art in the graphic novels. I may never know why I feel that way. Oh well. I’ll just go and enjoy the pictures.

I have both volumes of Twilight and am thrilled that they may be continuing the series. Kim’s art is absolutely gorgeous and the volumes really capture the stories in a way that movies don’t. I will buy any and all that come out :)

Happy Birthday to me! I know what I’ll be buying myself for my birthday this year!

I loved the Edward Bella connecting covers for volumes 1 and 2, but I’d wish they would release the series as graphic novels in whole, rather than us having to wait each year for a new volume. cuz by this rate, at what point will we be hearing about Breaking Dawn: The Graphic Novel Vol. 2?? 2018?? :O

I know seriously forever to wait… they need to speed it up or enthusiasism will pan out as well and then they will never finish them

I like the graphic novels better than the actually book.  So I look forward to hopefully see them all made into a graphic novel.
