Commercial says: Buy the ‘Breaking Dawn’ DVD for your girlfriend, the favor will be returned

We had to laugh at this commercial promoting The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 DVD after seeing it on television. It promises boyfriends/husbands who get the recently-released film for their loved one as a Valentine’s Day gift some romance later that evening.

The clip speaks for itself. We wonder if it’s done the trick for any gentlemen! We’ve saw this air several times last night.

Um, what is it with these commercials that seem to make it okay for men to buy sex from women with gifts? SINCE WHEN has it been okay to promote the idea that a woman owes her man sex if he does something nice for her? Because that’s what’s going on in these stupid commercials. Buy your girlfriend Twilight, and she’ll have sex with you! Even trade! Twilight marketing, you fail so hard. I’m so disgusted with you.

My main problem with this is that since Twilight is marketed so much towards teenagers, it seems like they’re encouraging teenagers to have sex…

Who cares about the ‘promoting of sex’ I thought that fact that the entire movie is about a pregnancy that kills a teenage girl. After watching it slowly kill her i dont see how it would make anyone in the mood to get it on.
