Summit has released a very nice behind-the-scenes look at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 DVD/Blu-ray, which features lots of new footage, interviews, and more.

We see things like the first day of filming (which took place in Rio), and the cast and crew sleeping in giant rooms because they had nowhere else to go.
