Rumors have been cascading around the net about Cillian Murphy’s possible placement in the latest installment in the Dark Knight legend, but exactly where he would crop up wasn’t made clear until now. Beware, there are some possible giant spoilers below.
According to a trusted source that was on set during the shooting of the “Scarecrow Court” scene in The Dark Knight Rises, Cillian Murphy will return as Jonathon Krane/Scarecrow, and he will be a makeshift judge in a Gotham city that is ruled by Bane.
According to the source:
Cillian Murphy is playing Scarecrow and he is the new judge of Gotham and he is sentencing all the rich and social elite to either death or exile..which is basically the same thing
Please keep in mind that even though this source is a friend of the staff (not just an anonymous tipster), this information should still be taken with a grain of salt until it is either confirmed (which in our opinion, it just was) or seen on screen for ourselves next year.
