Netflix has confirmed that 13 Reasons Why season 2 is a go.

The new season will air in 2018 and consist of 13 episodes. An official synopsis says it’ll pick up “in the aftermath of Hannah Baker’s death and the start of the characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery.”

Netflix shared a small teaser to make the announcement:

The show has been met with tons of praise and criticism due to its dark topics. Needless to say, we expect season 2 will be a major hit once viewers get to see what’s ahead for the classmates.
